Of course there is.\u00a0 We make everyday decisions based on the trade off between price and safety. When you buy a car do you get every safety feature? When you buy a house do you have fire rated walls installed and bullet proof windows installed? Over 30,000 people die on highways each year. We could reduce this substantially by making the speed limit 10MPH. Are we evil for not advocating for a 10MPH limit?
